WELCOME!
I'm excited to begin working with you.
A little about me: I’m a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco. I bring over 25 years of experience working with children and families across diverse settings—including private practice, public, independent, and non-public schools, as well as working with university students and adults—supporting kids ages 4 to 18, young adults, and their families. Since 2014, I’ve been practicing as a licensed therapist, deepening my understanding of the complexities and joys of child and human development and family life.
As both a professional and a parent of a teen, I appreciate the real-life challenges families face, especially amid the fast pace and competing demands of life in the Bay Area and beyond. My work centers on equipping parents with the tools to feel confident, effective, and grounded in their roles—while honoring and supporting each child’s unique personality, temperament, and needs.
My approach is warm, strength-based, collaborative, and authentic — please come as you are. Together, we’ll build resilience, strengthen connection, and create a greater sense of ease, while reducing stress and anxiety. In a supportive, nonjudgmental space, we’ll identify barriers and focus on what helps you and your family thrive.
